Required Certifications/Trainings: Knowledge of WMS/CMMS and MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) applications preferred. Experience in inventory management and internal control. Ability to operate a forklift or own truck is an added advantage and preferably with knowledge of balance.

Salary:- AED 2,800/- to AED 3,500/- + Free Shared Accommodation + Free Food + Free Transportation

Education: Diploma or graduate from industrial engineering, business administration course, or any supply chain management related course. Familiar with SQL MEDIUM and other related repository systems in international scope. Certification or experience in any ERP will be added as an advantage.

Experience :- Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in a warehouse/supply chain environment, preferably with FMCG environment exposure. Conversant with modern inventory systems and other warehouse related systems in international scope. Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and has experience working with it.

Job description

To support the Store Administrator & Associate Warehouse Manager in the overall efficiency and performance of all Warehouse Team and related functions. Instructs personnel present on procedural policies, and ensures health and safety measures are followed. Support & assist colleagues in the same supervisory capacity for trading, shorthand, blending, tasks, responsibilities including but not limited to tea, spices, raw materials and finished products.

Main responsibilities and duties

• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy by scheduling periodic count to system order

• Monitoring stocks of raw teas, flavours, herbs, packaging/promotional, consumer items and controlling for damaged items, obsolete stock, and over/under stock for all materials in the warehouse and ensuring WMS is updated at all times.

• Coordinate with the purchasing and shipping team to schedule imports

• Direct coordination with QC / Production & other relevant departments in case of HOLD items classified as new products [for approval] and with special requirements

• Ensure that incoming/domestic shipments are offloaded in a timely manner and ensure they are updated in the system

• Ensure smooth and accurate release processes are set up for materials to the E&P site

• Manage incoming raw materials and packing list against PO requirements and share comments with relevant department

• Monitor timely submission of samples of raw teas, herbs, flavors and packing items to tea department, QC team and LAB for verification and approval

• Close ASN & deliver on time for Raw Tea / Packaging / Flavor & Herbal

• Ensure immediate posting in WMS. Ensure that every process is done through WMS and there is no manual process

• FIFO must be maintained at all times. Any deviation must be approved with the relevant authority
