Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in providing excellent dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
Take accurate orders from guests and transmit them to the kitchen staff promptly.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness before and after each guest’s visit.
Monitor and respond to guest needs throughout their dining experience.
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and resolve any issues.
Address guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and strive to resolve them satisfactorily.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Maintain a positive and cooperative relationship with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and special requests.
Basic math skills for handling bill payments and making change.
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays or plates when necessary.
