As part of the Marketing & Communication team in the role of V.I.E – Business Analyst, you will support the Marketing & communication Director in business analysis and marketing transversal projects as well as the members of the Executive Committee in strategic plans and analysis. You will be in charge of consolidating all points of data and providing a transversal analysis (business trends, clients trends & product performance) for Saudi Arabia. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months and ideally starts in March 2023, the position is based in Riyhad.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Business Analysis & Performance Report:
Prepare and send the product budget monitoring file to the MEIA directors on a monthly basis;
Consolidate and updatefrequently the Marketing and CRM reports for all product lines;
Provide support to the other departments for their BI reporting tool specific requests;
Bring response to ad hoc reports as per management requests;
Competition and pricing follow-up:
Consolidate competition product performances per network and product categories;
Follow-up the market pricing evolution and currency;
Centralize and update all the markets studies and local trends;
Lead Marketing & Communication taskforces and initiatives for Saudi Arabia:
Act as key contact person on Marketing & Communication taskforces & key initiatives such as Watches initiatives or Bridal taskforces;
Lead market studies and corporate commitments in Saudi Arabia;
Strategic plan and presentations definition and elaboration for internal and external purposes:
Participate actively to the definition and elaboration of the Strategic Plan together with the Executive Committee members (preparation meetings, directions, key recommendations and structuring the different inputs from all departments);
Prepare and share all accurate analysis (products, network, trends, currency, stocks, etc.);
Contribute to the formatting of the plan and the accuracy of the quantitative data;
Support the Marketing & Communication Director for all the strategic plans;
Prepare all key presentations for the Directors or Executive Commity members (Business Review, Strategic Projects overview, etc.).

Education background and experience:
Master’s degreefrom business and/or engineering school;
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience (internship/apprenticeship considered) in financial analysis, audit, business analysis and/or control management in an international company;
Understanding and interest/knowledge of the luxury industry;
Clear understanding of the Middle Eastern markets and its network;
Knowledge of a BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and proficiency on Excel;
Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken), Arabic is a plus;
Operational skills with hands-on mentality;
Focused, target oriented, & organized;
Attention to detail;
Ability to work closely with colleagues in team environment and international context with rigor and high level of requirements;
Strong analytical skills;
High implication and required engagement.
