Training & Customer Success Executive

As a Training & Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible to onboard new clients and drive product adoption / increase product use across agencies. You will be responsible for both product training and client follow up / trouble shooting as well as being point of contact for training and product related queries.

In this role, you will:

Onboard new clients both face-to face and over zoom
Deliver product training sessions and coach our clients on best practices regarding product platforms
Enter and track all trainings delivered including number of attendees and feedback forms
Ensure timely reminders are sent out to all training attendees.
Maintain routine follow-ups with an emphasis on product adoption
Help identify key accounts that are not performing well with the aim to provide resolution and troubleshooting
Assist with gathering feedback, testimonials, identifying recurring issues and addressing these with the product team
Create, schedule and maintain calendars
Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers, replying to inbound product queries
Prepare and improve learning materials
Support sales team training new and existing clients
Bridge the gap between product training and Bayut Academy and create new content for agents, admins, marketing and support staff of partner agencies
Introduce and make use of engaging and interactive tools and platforms e.g. Kahoot, polls, role plays, to interact with clients
Deliver assigned and approved training content through zoom, Bayut Academy and face to face meetings


Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years of relevant experience
Fluent in Arabic
Based in Abu Dhabi
Background in real estate, adult learning principles and creating learning materials strongly desired but not required
Ability to promote a strong and professional presence in front of small and large groups comprised of agents, marketing managers, sales directors and managing directors
Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to shift communication depending on the audience
Ability to embrace change within the organization in a professional and up-beat manner
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
A go-getter (someone who looks for opportunity and areas to improve) who is proactive
Highly presentable with a responsible and professional attitude
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to take full ownership of tasks and materials assigned in an honest and innovative manner
Desire to learn, grow and help to improve the training department and work across multiple departments as needed
