You will be responsible for both product training and client follow up \/ trouble shooting as well as being point of contact for training and product related queries.\nIn this role, you will:\nOnboard new clients both face-to face and over zoom\nDeliver product training sessions and coach our clients on best practices regarding product platforms\nEnter and track all trainings delivered including number of attendees and feedback forms\nEnsure timely reminders are sent out to all training attendees.\nMaintain routine follow-ups with an emphasis on product adoption\nHelp identify key accounts that are not performing well with the aim to provide resolution and troubleshooting\nAssist with gathering feedback, testimonials, identifying recurring issues and addressing these with the product team\nCreate, schedule and maintain calendars\nProvide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers, replying to inbound product queries\nPrepare and improve learning materials\nSupport sales team training new and existing clients\nBridge the gap between product training and Bayut Academy and create new content for agents, admins, marketing and support staff of partner agencies\nIntroduce and make use of engaging and interactive tools and platforms e.g. Kahoot, polls, role plays, to interact with clients\nDeliver assigned and approved training content through zoom, Bayut Academy and face to face meetings\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree preferred\n1-3 years of relevant experience\nFluent in Arabic\nBased in Abu Dhabi\nBackground in real estate, adult learning principles and creating learning materials strongly desired but not required\nAbility to promote a strong and professional presence in front of small and large groups comprised of agents, marketing managers, sales directors and managing directors\nStrong written and verbal skills and the ability to shift communication depending on the audience\nAbility to embrace change within the organization in a professional and up-beat manner\nExceptional interpersonal and presentation skills\nA go-getter (someone who looks for opportunity and areas to improve) who is proactive\nHighly presentable with a responsible and professional attitude\nAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively\nAbility to take full ownership of tasks and materials assigned in an honest and innovative manner\nDesire to learn, grow and help to improve the training department and work across multiple departments as needed\nBenefits\nA fast paced, high performing team.\nMulticultural environment with over 50 different nationalities\nCompetitive Tax-free Salary\nComprehensive Health Insurance\nAnnual Air Ticket Allowance\nEmployee discounts at multiple vendors across the emirates\nRewards & Recognitions\nLearning & Development\nBayut & dubizzle is an equal opportunity employer.
