Meaningful Work From Day One

The Supply Chain Analyst has a key function to support the MENA Supply Chain Manager, and local MENA team in managing this complex region. This position will provide supply chain, customer service and logistics support for the MENA region. The role is responsible for managing, facilitating, and coordinating customer orders as well as inbound and outbound management for the Dubai warehouse. This includes planning, taking orders, checking stock availability, and fulfilling orders by arranging shipments to various MENA markets.

What You Can Expect

Supply Planning

Submit orders to the global supply chain customer service and track the SAP order status.

Monitor & update the open orders report based on produced, booked, and shipped status.

Work with the global supply chain & customer service team for all the orders that are pending for production and request for the estimated availability update.

Review weekly the Dubai warehouse inventory overview and highlight risk of out of stock to the Supply Chain Manager.

Ensure GRN/MIGO is completed as soon as the inbound stock is cleared from the 3PL warehouse.

Order Processing

Responsible for accurate, complete, and timely management of customer orders by managing the entire life cycle from order to cash.

Monitor orders and shipments, facilitate communication between Dubai 3PL warehouse, internal and external customers on all logistics matters to ensure timely shipment of goods.

Prepares proforma invoices for bank drafts, letters of credit or cash advance customers.

Ensures orders follow Letter of Credit requirements, published pricing and established incoterms with regards to buyers and sellers’ responsibilities.

Performs shipment verification activities for Dubai 3PL warehouse.

Manages and coordinates all special Customs documents, for clearance of shipments to be compliant with government regulations of destinations.

Manages the research and resolution of customer order discrepancies with Dubai 3PL Warehouse.

Responsible for maintaining current customer information profiles on regulatory requirements, special shipment instructions, etc.

Analyse order patterns for process improvements (order smoothing, maximum load shipments, review customer inventory-for rush order requests, etc.).

3PL Warehouse & Inventory Management:

Review the weekly inbound and Outbound report submitted by the 3PL warehouse.

Reconcile the 3PL Monthly Inventory report with SAP Report and highlight any discrepancies, correct any SAP discrepancies with the approval of Supply Chain Manager.

Monitor the packaging material inventory, coordinate and propose to the IMENA Duty Free marketing team for the re-ordering quantity and timing.

Support Supply Chain Manager on the monthly cycle count and annual inventory count.

Monitor Slow moving/Aged stock, collaborate with Supply Chain Manager on the action plan.

Ad-Hoc Reporting:

Provide Weekly Open Orders Report to the MENA team for all customers and highlight and delays.

Collaborate with the global supply chain customer service team to ensure monthly open orders report is shared to the MENA customers to provide customers with visibility.

Responsible to complete the Monthly Depletion report in SAP. Coordinating with the global statistics team on timely update and submission.

Maintain documents tracker for MENA customers to avoid demurrage in all markets.

Coordinate with the respective global supply chain customer service to provide customers with the complete set of documents before the shipment arrives at the port of destination.

Submit parallel/TNT report to the B-F global team and prepare a consolidated finding report for sharing.

What You Bring To The Table

Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Supply Chain, Business or closely related discipline.

Experience: Bachelor’s degree with General Business or 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain / Customer Service.

Solid Experience in Order Fulfilment, Customer Service and Logistics.

Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with internal/external customers and all global contacts.

Independently manage, plan and organize, workload within established deadlines in a team oriented, high-volume, high stress environment.

Ability to handle detailed information and ambiguous information with a high degree of accuracy.

Strong technical aptitude utilizing operational support software including but not limited to SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, Business Warehouse, Google, etc.
