Job Description

  • Prepare accurate and well-organized accounting reports.
  • Maintain office financial transaction records.
  • Record operational journals.
  • Generate financial reports.
  • Ensure proper and categorized documentation.
  • Compile and organize reports related to company taxation.
  • Conduct data reconciliation and make necessary adjustments.
  • Prepare data for reporting purposes on a periodic basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum education requirement: Vocational School or Accounting background.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, particularly MS Office applications.
  • Advanced mastery of MS Excel formulas, including Pivot, Vlookup, Hlookup, etc.
  • Prior work experience in the accounting or tax field.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems, especially Accurate systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently, precisely, and accurately.
