What’s On Your Plate?
Contribute in setting the Sales content strategy end to end across all markets
Implement sales content strategies, policies & processes that improve the user experience for Talabat across the region.
Key focus area will be improving content supply chain, traffic & findability, menu experience & social content
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across product, operations, digital transformation & sales team to improve vendor and customer experience
Drive programs & projects that improve content operational excellence, automation for content
Execute projects end to end, delivering on key success metrics & timelines for the business
What Did We Order?
4-8 years experience in a sales role
Having 2+ years of project management experience (preferred)
Team management experience is a plus
Eager to learn and able to develop skills on an as-needed basis
Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced & results-oriented work environment.
Strong analytical mindset, using data to substantiate business cases and strategic conclusions.
Exhibit a strong track record of on-time project delivery for large, cross-functional projects, preferably in mobile platforms or E-commerce domains.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders
Show a capability to create a strong business and technical vision and drive a team towards that vision.
Demonstrate strong execution abilities by identifying, evaluating, tracking and mitigating issues and risks
Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities
