Key Responsibilities
Implement bespoke, hand-crafted Spa and Wellness Programmes that deliver an Exquisite and Sensational experience for guests.
Promote and position REFIVE Spa in the market as an Award-Winning Spa, showcasing its Luxurious and Glamorous atmosphere.
Oversee all operations of REFIVE Spa, ensuring a Next-Level ‘FIVE Vibe’ throughout the facility.
Manage budgets and control costs effectively, while still delivering a premium and Best-in-Class experience to guests.
Hire, train, and retain a talented FIVE Tribe, consisting of Industry-Leading professionals who embody our ‘FIVE-Star’ vision.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports, showcasing the Award-Winning success of REFIVE Spas Journey.
Motivate the REFIVE Spa Team to excel in upselling and retail sales, igniting a bold and disruptive approach that sets REFIVE Spa apart as a Gold Standard Establishment.
Implement and adhere to SOPs and company policies, showcasing the highest level of professionalism.
Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained by the REFIVE Spa Team, celebrating each FIVERs contribution to the Behind-The-Scenes Vibe at FIVE.
Maintain inventory of supplies for the operations, always ensuring an Insta-Perfect environment.
Uphold cleanliness and attention to detail in REFIVE Spa Treatment Rooms, creating a rejuvenating ambiance for guests.
Assist and perform various demonstrations and events, adding a touch of ‘FIVE-Star’ opulence to guests.
Ensure that all treatments performed by our FIVE Tribe are executed to the highest standards, showcasing the Sensational experiences that FIVE is renowned for.
What We’re Looking For
Over 5+ years of Spa operational experience.
International 5-Star Chain Hotel experience will be an advantage.
Exemplary leadership skills that inspire and empower a team to deliver sensational experiences.
Expertise in sales and marketing, captivating guests with bespoke offerings and crafting unforgettable journeys.
Unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction, with a relentless focus on personalised service that exceeds expectations.
An individual that thrives in dynamic work environments, adapting effortlessly to diverse situations and challenges.
The ability to remain composed under pressure and lead a multicultural team to achieve remarkable results.
Impeccable grooming standards, epitomising elegance and style.
A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit
Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership of all duties and tasks assigned.
Awareness of specialised spa industry applications, including the sought-after Spa Soft software.
Must be committed to following local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to REFIVE Spa.
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and Management.
Proficient in analysing financial reports and implementing strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding spa revenue targets, showcasing an ability to achieve remarkable success.
