A well-established retail company in Dubai is looking for a dynamic and experienced Shop Supervisor to lead our team. If you have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for retail, we invite you to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate shop staff, provide training, set performance targets, and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product knowledge, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Sales Management: Monitor sales targets, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and meet sales goals.
• Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate restocking and product displays.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure attractive and visually appealing store displays, arrange products, and maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage cash registers in compliance with company policies.
• Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports, track inventory levels, and provide feedback to management on shop performance.
  Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Shop Supervisor or in a similar retail leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
