You will need to be based in Dubai and have prior relevant experience in the region.\nYour responsibilities:\nPlan and implement company regional talent acquisition strategies for experienced hires and Senior Executive\nLiaise with management team to determine recruitment needs\nSource, screen and reach out to qualified candidates to fill open positions using the Company ATS and other job boards including LinkedIn\nCandidate Management (Including candidate liaison, test & interview scheduling, candidate feedback)\nCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders\nCoordinate and develop recruitment channels\nRepresent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidates' communities (career fairs, campus events, case challenges)\nDevelop partnerships with regional and international universities\nHandle the overall recruitment back office (including but not limited to Development of candidate database, drafting and posting job descriptions, CV screening, pipelining, candidate communication, Headhunter profiles\u0085)\nProvide administrative support on recruitment related activities including but not limited to recruitment reports.\nQualifications\nRelevant experience in talent acquisition preferably within an international company in a similar industry\nIn-depth knowledge of candidate's selection methods\nExcellent understanding of full talent acquisition cycle processes\nHands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boards\nComfortable in dynamic, fast-paced and international environment with high energy level\nDemonstrate organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines\nDetailed oriented and excellent time management skills\nProactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiatives\nFlexible in the working approach with a can-do attitude\nCan work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic is a strong advantage\nAdditional Information\nDo you have an entrepreneurial mindset with a winning personality?
