Senior QA Engineer – Remote (Egypt)

Position Overview

Lead one or more of our software engineering cross-functional groups to continuously identify and learn from our deliveries on how to further improve our effectiveness. Forming a leadership team with the group product manager and principal engineer alongside other roles such as an agile coach, to bring our products to life.

Work to improve the overall productivity of the team and the quality of the software by working directly with the team to improve the daily routine by providing new tools and applying best practices.

Responsibilities

Create, review and execute automated/manual test cases
Analyze function design and/use cases/requirements.
Collaborates with members of Development in efficient and effective ways.
Troubleshoot and Write clear/detailed bug reports
Support in performing the root cause analysis

Requirements and Qualifications

Good understanding of QA and Agile development processes
Experience in Test web services and APIs
Experience with any database management system
Experience in web and mobile testing
Experience in non-functional testing
The ability to deliver on time with quality and also handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with Selenium and JMeter is a plus

Experience Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field.
3-5 years of experience in the software testing field.
Certified ISTQB-FL is a plus
