Senior Marketing Executive

We are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Executive with outstanding organizational and communication skills.

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the marketing campaigns, coordinating with vendors and cross-team coordination. You’ll establish relations with doctors and lead 360º marketing of main service lines to grow patient numbers. You will also execute offsite campaigns involving logistics management and operations.

You will be involved in the marketing campaigns’ day-to-day activities and juggle multiple projects ensuring they run smoothly.


Developing strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
Implement marketing plans that include offsite and online.
Creating branded advertising campaigns and supporting the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
Creating, maintaining, and strengthening the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues.
Agency management, including developing project briefs, signing off creative work and ensuring work is delivered on time.
Organizing and coordinating events.
Market the hospital’s profile and doctors’ profile.
Monitoring the production, deployment, and installation of all marketing collaterals and branding materials.
Coordinating offline, thematic, and tactical communication campaigns such as print ads, radio ads, online ads, SMS promotions, and press releases.
Assisting departments in developing collaterals.
Supporting the marketing department’s campaigns by coordinating with various parties, doctors, and departments.
Regular coordination and relationship management with external vendors to ensure timely execution and high-quality marketing campaigns.
Providing support to the marketing director in evaluating and establishing marketing plans and strategies by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning, and executing them.
Planning and managing meetings, events, trade fairs, conferences, etc., by identifying, assembling, coordinating, and establishing contacts and developing schedules and assignments.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related field.
Minimum four years’ experience in healthcare marketing.
Experience in managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with vendors and inter-departmental coordination.
Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills.
Critical thinking with solid problem-solving and research proficiencies.
Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
A creative mind with high-quality written and verbal communication skills.
Familiar with traditional and digital marketing techniques.
Adaptability to current trends and molding marketing campaigns accordingly.
Strong interpersonal skills ensuring smooth coordination between various parties and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent Arabic & English speaker
SEO and PPC experience would be an advantage.
