With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.\n\nThis role requires an experienced Advertising Sales Professional to join our growing advertising business as a people leader, managing a team of Industry Sales Managers across both dubizzle and Bayut.\n\nThe key focus will be on up-skilling and developing your direct reports, ensuring they are enhancing relationships with key planners, buyers, senior leads within the media agencies, creating opportunities for our long-term existing clients, whilst winning new advertisers for both dubizzle and Bayut.\nIn this role, you will:\nBeing a present sales lead within the Media Agencies is very important, ensuring no barrier to sales, whilst also being seen as an industry leader in the digital space.\nDevelop and successfully execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed growth and revenue goals for your sales team.\nIdentify opportunities in the market with your team by creating and targeting a list of key potential clients, matching our products to the clients needs. Understand the media agency landscape and who the decision makers are, building strong reasoning for why they should advertise on dubizzle\/Bayut.\nEnsure a high level of sales activity from your sales team, plus efficient pipeline management across all stages of the sales cycle (source, pitch, negotiate, convert, onboard and rebook).\nDevelop and maintain a high level of product knowledge on both the dubizzle and Bayut advertising product but also market trends, becoming a market expert in your field.\nCoaching your team to consistently deliver for their advertisers by creating well-structured and throughout media plans \/ proposal slides which fit the client\u0092s needs.\nActively manage each campaign, improving performance where possible. Analyze performance, guiding the client on next steps.\nProvide solid weekly \/ monthly revenue forecasts to management which are accurate. Plus build business cases for product innovation or new pricing alternatives.\nRequirements\nMarketing or Advertising related higher qualification preferred\n6+ years in digital media position essential, minimum 4 years in media sales. Agency experience is a plus.\nMinimum 2 years people management experience in managing a sales team.\nDeep understanding of digital advertising preferred (SEM, PPC, Banner ads, Programmatic advertising)\nPowerPoint\/google slides, Excel\/sheets needed. Salesforce \/ Google Ad Manager experience is a plus.\nDriven individual who will go above and beyond.
