Job Role Summary

We are looking for a responsible Secretary to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Following up on the manager/executive’s important tasks and deadlines
Organizing meetings
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Conducting or preparing any required researches
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Managing databases, document control and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative processes
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Various ad hoc requests

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a Secretary/ Administrative Assistant
A Bachelor degree is a must
Outstanding organizational & MS Office proficiency
Ability to multitask and time management skills
Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
Fluent English speaker
Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Excellent interpersonal skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Professional discretion & efficiency
Ability to work on own initiative
Honesty and reliability
Attention to detail
