Job Title: School Bus Driver

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
We are looking for reliable and safety-conscious individuals to join our school transportation team as School Bus Drivers. The School Bus Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of students to and from school and related events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a school bus following designated routes and schedules
• Ensure the safety of students during boarding, transportation, and disembarking
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the school bus
• Enforce safety and behavior rules among students on the bus
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
• Follow traffic laws and adhere to all safety regulations
• Assist with the loading and unloading of students with special needs
• Keep the bus clean and report any maintenance issues
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required

Requirements:

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a passenger endorsement
• Clean driving record and demonstrated safe driving skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage student behavior and maintain a safe environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a school bus driver is a plus
