Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and their pets with empathy and a caring demeanor.
• Answer phone calls and provide information, appointment scheduling, and general assistance.
• Maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with client check-ins, ensuring all necessary information is gathered.
• Coordinate appointments and communicate with the veterinary team to meet client needs.
• Explain clinic services, procedures, and payment options to clients.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the client waiting area.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record management.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to provide the best care for pets and their owners.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, especially in a veterinary or healthcare setting, is beneficial but not mandatory.
