We are looking for a highly driven Sales Executive who is passionate about achieving sales objectives and contribute to overall organizations sales goals. Our ideal candidate will be championing the customer experience evolution through data-driven insights and by using a variety of demand-sales inputs.
As a Sales Executive, you will be a key strategic contributor to offline sales domain of your specialized vertical. This role is highly cross-functional working closely with category team and also with customer experience, finance and supply chain teams.
The successful candidate will have high levels of ownership and responsibility holding the accountability for delivering key capabilities to respond to the needs of the business ensuring that what is delivered meets business goals and objectives. The position is located in our Dubai headquarters and will report directly to the Marketplace Head.

Candidate should have sales driven mindset and rich past of working in Electronics or Fashion or Office Supplies or similar.
Candidate should have proven capability of handling large sales teams and effectively guide them to become fighting unit to hit organisation goals
Must be good at Key account management with key stakeholders like Distributors / wholesalers / retail chains / manufacturers
Well verse with brands / skus / ticket sizes at category level
Should be highly efficient in acquistion and retention of buyers
Should be able to achieve targets at executive level, category lines level, sku level and overall GMV goals
Understand customer needs and business objectives
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Resolve customer complaints in coordination with category team
Meet success metrics set for customer satisfaction
Should be good at multitasking – sales / customer service / customer relationship / issue resolutions
3+ years of experience working in sales / distribution / wholesale
Extensive work experience in B2B Sales
Proven work experience as a sales executive across geographies of UAE with a track record of meeting/exceeding annual sales goals
Should understand and speak Hindi / Malayalam / English
First Preference Sales Executives working with Consumer Electronics, Office Supplies or Fashion distributors and wholesellers.
Second preferrence Sales Executives with experience in general B2B selling across various verticals.
