We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client operating in real estate industry. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to maximize sales opportunities.
Understand client needs and requirements, and provide suitable recommendations.
Present and demonstrate our services to clients, highlighting their unique selling points and benefits.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, and other necessary documentation.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance knowledge and sales skills.
