Our Saudi based client is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative with a profound expertise in selling Software as a Service (SaaS), particularly within the HR services and tech industry. Ideally positioned within the senior level, our client’s preferred candidate is a part-time professional who will amplify their cloud-based AI-centric offerings to a diverse enterprise client base. Bringing a blend of technical savvy and sales acumen, you will expertly navigate client engagements to showcase your employer innovative suite. Apart from a vigilant eye on forging new relationships, you will harness your strategic insight to up-sell and cross-sell, meticulously tailoring interactions that resonate with the nuanced demands of HR technology. Your commitment to delivering results will be rewarded on a commission-based structure, incentivizing the cultivation and closure of consequential deals reflective of our client’s ethos.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of comprehensive experience in sales with demonstrable success in the SaaS domain.
  • Extensive history of selling HR services, with a keen understanding of the HR technology landscape and its evolving trends.
  • Proven track record of target achievement in a part-time, commission-based setup, embracing the drive and self-discipline required for such a role.
  • A strategic mindset capable of identifying and developing new business opportunities within the AI and cloud-services market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field; Master’s degree or relevant sales certification (e.g., CPSA) is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, paired with an ability to build meaningful relationships at executive levels.
  • Solid grasp of sales performance metrics, with an innate ability to translate analytics into actionable growth strategies.
  • Technological aptitude to adopt, demonstrate, and discuss complex AI-centered products with prospective clients.
  • Adept at managing a sales pipeline and using CRM software to track and optimize sales strategies and results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategize to penetrate markets, securing significant sales within the HR tech sector.
  • Conduct high-level discussions with prospects to comprehend their needs and align our client’s offerings accordingly.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent achievement of part-time commitment quotas.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our client’s products to potential enterprise clients.
  • Develop tailored proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of our client’s services.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, leveraging industry contacts to expand the company’s footprint and foster partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system, providing transparent reporting on sales activities and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to product development.
