- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is advantageous.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
