Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Analyse client RFQ and compile technical and commercial winning bids.
Communicate and work internally with teams to develop smart winning bids.
Maximise use of company differentiators to achieve winning bids.
Identify potential technical, commercial, HSE risks for each tender.
Prepare and communicate internally and with client tender clarifications.
Follow up with Clients on a regular basis to secure knowledge on award
Prepare and pitch bid strategy to management and secure approvals as per approval matrix
Maintain Avalon register and tender documents according to IMS
Actively participate in adherence to and improvement of the Company Management System on Quality and HSE related issues.
Participate in local relevant industry exhibitions.
Assist in Business Development.
Obtain and maintain industry knowledge on current and new techniques/technologies.
Perform project risk analysis if potential risk is identified. Request HSE specifications from client.
A minimum of 2 years offshore survey experience (in the field). The position incumbent should also be familiar with various kinds of marine survey projects (Geophysical / Geotechnical / Metocean / Environmental).
Bachelor level education certification
Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
Inspection Repair Maintenance (IRM) and Construction support services knowledge (desirable).
A high degree of initiative and attention to detail is essential.
Fully conversant in Microsoft windows and office, particularly MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
