Fugro are looking for an organised Project Administrator to join our dynamic PMO team based in UAE.

Here’s what a typical day would be like:
Work directly with Project Managers to maintain full and complete project documentation, financial records and identify, forecast and agree project requirements.
Ensuring Project Financial reports are updated and accurate taking required inputs from Project Managers.
Ensuring on a weekly basis that all staff within the Business Line have completed their timesheets
Assisting staff with timesheet queries and liaising with staff and managers to ensure that all timesheets are updated to the accounting system on time
Work closely with Accounts Department to obtain project costs and providing updates to Project Managers for financial control.
Reviewing project Accounts Payable invoices for correct project codes, approval and sufficient forecasts
Ensure all required POs raised on time and posted correctly
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor level qualification in relevant degree (Engineering, Science or Business).
Proficient in use of Excel, Sharepoint and IMS
Background in Finance
3-5 years of experience in project Administration.
Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work to strict deadlines.
Analytical, organised, and good attention to detail.
