Job Description
Engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
To ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business.
Ensure excellent medical knowledge and promotional skills related to his/her disease area and product
Ensure that Company strategies are correctly and uniformly implemented.
Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency.
Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in the territory
Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations
Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.

Minimum requirements
Bachelors degree in pharmaceutical science.
Minimum 2 years Previous Sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in UAE .
Previous experience in the Immunology therapy area is a must.
Professional approach and a good team player.
Comprehensive understanding of Dubai pharmaceutical market
Proven Project Management skills
Outstanding selling skills
Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Planning and organization skills
Fluency in English
