Provides guidance and recommendations to business units in order to support margin and top line growth\nFunctional and managerial responsible for EH Procurement teams.\nSet goals and develop action plans for continuous improvement purchasing process and performance\nDevelop\/strengthen local procurement process and policies including vendor bidding and assessment, PO placement and tracking, vendor evaluation etc. in alignment with Global \/ Regional guidelines\nRecruit best in class people and provide people management guidance\nImplements purchasing infrastructure in conjunction with functions and supply chain to assure availability at required quality & cost levels\nEnsures Compliance & Ethical with strategic initiatives including cost reduction, continuous improvement of total cost of ownership, best practices environmental targets, and safety\nWorks with stakeholders and vendors to ensure required assets are procured and maintained to optimize total cost of ownership\nEstablish and manage reporting and business requirements with ChampionX's suppliers\nEstablishes service level agreements (SLA's) with suppliers and internal support functions.\nMinimum Education And Experience\nBachelor\u0092s Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field\nAt least 10-year experience in purchasing management field, with at least 3-5 years\u0092 experience holding management positions; multi-national company working experience is preferred\nProven track record managing teams across different Regions\/geographies\nDesire and ability to work closely and influentially with other members of senior regional leadership teams at Country \/ Cluster and Regional \/ Global level\nA flexible working approach with the ability to respond to ad-hoc and unexpected issues, effectively.\nComfortable with ambiguity and ability to work with good judgement\nPreferred Experience\nAdvanced degree in Engineering, Business or Finance.
