About the job Office Manager/ HR assistant
· Office management, greetings guests and visitors
· Perform general clerical duties
· Process incoming and outgoing mail
· Manage the budget for office expenses, order office supplies; manage vendor relationships
· Maintain professional and organized office appearance, manage cleaning and maintenance schedules
· Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations, insurance etc.
· Provide assistance and follow-up on company policies and procedures
· Organize interviews and assist with new hires
· Orienting new employees to the organization
· Manage vacation accruals; review and report on vacation
· Provide overall support to management team, as required
· Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events, team buildings
· Help with any other tasks assigned by manager
Requirements:
· Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience at least 2 years at similar position
· Fluent English language knowledge
· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
· Microsoft Office experience required. Demonstrated proficiency with Excel required
· Attention to detail and problem solving skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· Knowledge of data and administrative management practices and procedures
· Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
· A creative mind and ability to suggest improvements
