Job Summary:
Matrashabd Consulting is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The Office Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain office supplies, place orders when needed, and ensure proper inventory management.
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and other correspondence, ensuring proper distribution.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars.
  • Perform basic data entry, filing, and document organization as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably as an office assistant.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
