Job Opportunity: Office Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, redirecting inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Greet visitors and provide them with information or direct them to the relevant staff member.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including ordering and stocking office supplies.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate calendars for the team.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and receipts.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Support HR with administrative tasks related to employee records and onboarding.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE residency or work permit is required.
