The Structural Marketing Executive will play a significant role in assisting the Group in achieving key objectives in accordance with the Annual Marketing Plan, current initiatives and related marketing activities directly related to the Group. The Group Marketing team plays an essential role in bringing together all areas of the functions to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives. The Executive role involves independently managing smaller individual projects and overseeing some of the day-to-day administrative duties for the hotel.
What am I going to work on?
As the Combined Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the results of the marketing plan and activities that hotels use to increase brand awareness, and connect with the right target segments to meet business needs. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Implement and coordinate all marketing strategies in the hotel, monitor the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns and write reports as directed by the Group Manager
Support the Group Manager in developing and implementing promotional activities, merchandising, memorabilia and co-ops for all hotel departments and preparing brochures
Carry out all marketing activities for special events, campaigns, exhibitions and property inspection tours
Assist with photographic and hotel photography, ensuring that all appropriate administrative duties are undertaken and approved
Monitor and support all activities on group social media and support management initiatives
Must be a hotel brand champion and ensure that all publications comply with agreed standards, use the correct audio frequency and content complies with company guidelines
Support and identify opportunities with the Group Manager to grow and develop marketing activities for HHonors programs and other learner incentive schemes
Execute and implement the use of marketing content, creative resources, translation and photography while effectively optimizing the online presence in accordance with the regional strategy
Respond to customer posts as appropriate and address any complaints and problems
Implementation management
Develop and maintain hotel databases to promote all disciplines including targeted HHonors campaigns
Implementation of hotels quarterly review report on special initiatives and promotions
Review and review all content of third-party websites to ensure they are accurate and show the latest information on each hotel
Implementation and submission of competitive analysis on the marketing activities of hotels in food, beverage and e-commerce
Ensure availability of all appropriate marketing content for hotels, including up-to-date media menus, marketing materials, photo library, flyers, publications and all marketing related matters
Support and assist management of all marketing projects including resources with budgetary implications
Produce follow-up documents and information about hotels, including preparing PowerPoint presentations with great care as directed by the Head of Department
Achieve agreed performance and marketing objectives for the role set by the Group Manager
Support the Group Manager in implementing effective content management across all available channels, including the hotel website, online reservation sites, social media, mobile marketing, and affiliate programs

Relationship building
Establish and maintain effective friendships and open communication with all hotel disciplines
Develop strong working relationships with various levels of the Hilton company including group and regional teams and adhere to Hilton’s core values
