This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketer who has a passion for event planning and who has the organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure all the moving parts are perfectly integrated to produce engaging and well planned events and to promote the school to current and prospective families through a range of school and company generated marketing initiatives.
As an experienced event management professional, your role will be key to the successful execution of a varied and busy program of events. You are also a great communicator, will be a multi-tasker with an outstanding eye for detail and possess the confidence to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Event coordination will include sending out invitations and promotional materials, booking facilities, catering, cleaning, IT support, loading, entertainment, etc. The ideal candidate must be able to work to a deadline and troubleshoot any new issues whilst providing outstanding customer service.
This role is fresh and varied for a motivated team player who is detail-oriented and can work both independently and as part of a team committed to keeping the school at the heart of a passionate community and supported by students, parents and the wider community. A primary focus of the role is to help attract new students, maintain existing caseworkers and stay connected to the wider community.

Main duties and areas of responsibility
Organizing and promoting school open days, school tours and school events to parents and potential visitors
Organizing and promoting open parent forums and information sessions in collaboration with the SLT team and faculty members
Organizing and attending external events, fairs and fairs to promote the school with the school admissions team
Organizing key school events and providing handy support
Work alongside the ISP marketing team to organize promotional gifts and promotional materials
Serves as the school’s social media expert and works with the school’s ISP and Admissions Director to define digital strategy and goals
