JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Arabic-speaking female Marketing and Sales Manager
(Lebanese nationality is preferred) who can take the business to the next level. This challenging
and exciting role is in a fast-paced environment, and you will be responsible for building awareness
of our beauty salon booking apps and website, which are launching very soon.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital
marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. The candidate will have a
solid understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital
marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
She is responsible for overseeing all marketing and sales activities for this project, from pre-launch
to post-launch, with a particular emphasis on digital marketing channels, including social media and
Google ads, among others.
About Product:
With our online salon booking solution, Individual customers can easily book appointments and
manage their bookings through our mobile apps and website.
Additionally, salons can seamlessly manage all their bookings, including those for walk-in and online
clients, using our comprehensive management solution.
Our ladies’ beauty salon online booking and salon management solution will soon be available in
Dubai, UAE.

Desired Skills:

Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
5 years of Sales and Business Development experience in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing such as social media, google ads, SEO/SEM, email, and
display advertising campaigns.
Valid UAE driver’s license and preferably have their own car.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Arabic, as well as a presentable
appearance
Previous experience with beauty products / services is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of the beauty industry and its current events.
Self-motivated, creative, passionate in marketing, pleasant personality and ability to mingle among
different nationalities and different cultures.
Ability to succeed within a high-volume sales environment: prospecting, building pipelines, and
closing business.
Competitive drive to beat targets, positive attitude, and incredible work ethic.
Consistently meet/exceed sales quota – Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly basis.
Excellent Time Management and attention to detail.

She will be responsible for all the day-to-day activities involved in running this project, including
managing the sales team, customer care team, and other related teams.
Her responsibilities will include working with the listing team to add new salons to the website and
apps, as well as regularly updating attractive deals from various salons and areas on the website
and apps.
She needs to act as a bridge between the company and the salons, as well as between the company
and individual clients.
Meet with the management of the salons and effectively communicate the features and benefits of
our salon booking and management solution whenever necessary.
List potential salons in the Salon booking solution with complete information.
List all ongoing promotions and offers from the salons on the Salon booking solution.
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Regularly review and evaluate the sales team’s performance and take corrective action promptly
when needed to improve results.
She is responsible for developing, supervising, and maintaining an efficient sales team, ensuring
that they are well-trained and knowledgeable about their respective positions.
