Manager, Product & Proposition

Job Purpose

Support the Head of liabilities in managing the liabilities Product & value Proposition. This includes client acquisition, balance growth, portfolio management, retention & analytics
Develop business strategy, competition analysis, focused group approach, customer experience, internal & external campaigns and alignment with other key stakeholders including coverage teams, marketing, compliance, BIU & CXCG
Key Result Areas
To help manage the revenue assigned to acquisition and liabilities growth with sales force and ensure an alignment of proposition and driver
Help business manage in implementing new offerings via different tie up’s and strategic partnerships
Work with Business Manager on creating the quarterly/annual strategy for the business on Proposition, tactical campaigns for sales force and for clients
Support in formulating relevant policy / program guidelines to ensure proper controls are in place and work within the overall compliance policies

Carry out competitor intelligence on regular basis and find opportunities of enhancement in existing proposition
Work closely with the process and system development team to ensure the systems and processes are geared to cater to the ongoing business requirements, product parameters and evolving customer needs.
To help ensure control requirements of the business are adhered to in line with bank policies to ensure good growth in a sustainable, profitable, and predictable manner.
Review of various plan and ensure management reporting to Business Manager of the same in conjunction with the relevant business development initiatives / product launches.
Work with BIU to develop best in class MI & analytics capability
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
At least 18 years of relevant banking experience out of which at least 2 years in a similar managerial position in UAE
Understanding of liabilities products; an understanding of other products & services such as investments, Banca, FX & cards would be a plus.
Ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships within & outside organization
University degree in a business discipline, post-graduate qualifications in business administration is preferred. Strong working knowledge in MS office, web content and analytics
Hands on experience in business MI & Analytics tools & applications
