We work together with them to put in place processes and systems that can manage their accounting, payroll and HR on a monthly, short term or long-term basis. Furthermore, the team provide Incorporation and PRO services.
What You’ll Be Doing
Developing new business relationships and opportunities as well as developing and growing the team.
Identifying and developing new market opportunities for the firm and considering new capabilities which the market may require.
Actively lead and coordinate aspects of business development opportunities e.g. preparing proposals/ bids, supporting and leading at pitch meetings, organizing conferences and client events, developing marketing materials.
Managing the Outsourcing process effectively and efficiently.
Taking ownership of client communications, ensuring timely responses, follow through and resolution of client inquiries.
Allocating tasks as workstream/ project manager and reviewing output.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll have 6+ years+ of relevant work experience in consultancy and accounting services in the UAE market.
You’ll be a qualified chartered accountant.
You’ll have demonstrable business development experience.
You’ll have reviewed work and supervised team members in a growth orientated and fast paced environment.
You’ll have experience of managing multiple engagements and a large portfolio of clients.
You’ll be highly motivated, a self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
You’ll have a proactive attitude with the ability to both identify and find solutions to problems.
You’ll be responsible, passionate and reliable.
You’ll be dynamic and looking to work in a rapidly growing business.
You’ll be client oriented and have the ability to develop excellent business relationship with clients.
You’ll have an entrepreneurial mindset and be willing to contribute to business growth.
You’ll be a strong team player.
You’ll have good project management skills.
You’ll be fluent in English. Any additional language skills such as Arabic will be considered as an asset.
You’ll have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
