Job Description:
Hydra Business Solutions is seeking a Logistics Executive to join our team and provide essential logistics support to our operations throughout the Middle East. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and documentation within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Finance and Administration team to facilitate the receiving of goods and the inspection process.
• Process and maintain documentation for transfers between subcontractors and other government agencies.
• Assist in coordinating logistics operations to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Address logistics-related issues and provide timely solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of logistics software and tools is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Salary: Compensation will depend on the candidate’s quality and experience.
