Ensure coordination with the different stakeholders to improve efficiency in the Logistics flows.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nAssisting the Field Service Engineer \/ Logistic in the management of the deliveries UAE to France, on two projects\nPreparing and ensuring consistency of data on shipping documents and equipment documents\nVerifying the packaging of shipments. ? Collecting with the freight forwarder and the customer\nArchiving all documents\nManaging with logistics manager the receptions in UAE\nVerifying and signed the proof of deliveries\nCarrying out the follow-up\nUpdating the logistic process documentations and operating procedures\nCreating monitoring tools, in collaboration with the different stakeholders\nImproving logistics flows based on a continuous improvement approach\nStudying the different stages of the methodological tools and the production of reports and monitoring\nSolving identified logistical problems\/difficulties in collaboration with logistics manager and the customer\nWork Experience Requirements\nExperience in similar contexts\nLogistics (1-2 years minimum)\nContinuous improvement approach is a plus\nQualification, Certification & Educational Requirements\nBSc in Logistics \/ Industrial Processes\nPreferred Skills\nOffice package, especially excel\nLanguages : English mandatory, French is a plus\nCommunication (written and verbal skills) \nAt Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
