Your task:
The Plant Coordination Officer will manage the overall plant transformation through multiple tasks such as taking over business process delivery, implementing new systems, and managing change within the plant by working closely with local plant teams, Ikatara sponsored Operations Heads, Regional Business Corner, and System Integrator to ensure accurate standardization. With regard to processes and systems as well as changes required are factory acclimated, have timelines, and ensure that all final processes and systems are fit for the planned purpose.
Basic functions:
Full responsibility and key point for coordinating Blossom’s plans and activities for the plant, while managing project progress, assigning support and resolving issues and risks with team members and stakeholders, and Heads of Operations sponsored by Ikatara to ensure delivery of the best finish processes and systems that fit the plant’s planned purpose.
Work collaboratively with the plant leadership team in managing changes. Understanding employee ethos and engagement with arranging plans and positive direction necessary to maintain a respectful ethos and employee engagement in optimal management of change. Blossom should not be seen as a project that happens to employees, but should be received as an exciting opportunity to start a new company that involves all of us.
Support routine activities as required to allow end owners to participate in Blossom design and implementation
Drive defined changes including, but not limited to: S4HANA implementation, warehouse management system installation and commissioning, lean batch process change, IT migration, and all standard Blossom changes affecting planning/scheduling, operations, quality, maintenance, and logistics
Skills and Knowledge:
Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Operations, and Supply Chain)
At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering
