Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Junior Accountant. The Junior Accountant will play a key role in supporting various accounting and financial activities, contributing to the overall success of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Conduct reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with other team members on various finance projects
• Follow and enforce accounting policies and procedures
• Provide support for audits and compliance efforts
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the finance manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
