Jr Architect

Job Description:

• Design and conceptualize architectural projects, spanning residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create architectural drawings, blueprints, and models.
• Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and construction experts to ensure project viability and compliance with building codes.
• Conduct on-site visits and assessments to gather project specifications and limitations.
• Stay abreast of architectural trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Hold state licensure or relevant professional certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Showcase strong design and spatial planning abilities.
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
