Job Description:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Document support tickets, resolutions, and procedures in a help desk system.
- Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct user training sessions and create support documentation as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree or relevant certifications in Information Technology or related field.
- Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and office productivity software.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
