Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our IT team as an IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
• Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure
• Respond to user inquiries and educate them on IT best practices
• Perform routine system upgrades and software updates
• Maintain accurate records of IT support activities
  
  Requirements:
• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
• Familiarity with computer hardware and networking concepts
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
