Job Description:
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting aid to end-users concerning hardware, software, and network problems.
- Install, configure, and uphold computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Record support tickets, resolutions, and procedures in a help desk system for documentation.
- Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve intricate issues.
- Conduct user training sessions and generate support documentation as required.
Job Requirements:
- Possess an Associate degree or relevant certifications in Information Technology or a related field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux, as well as office productivity software.
- Showcase strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Have the capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
