Job Description:

  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting aid to end-users concerning hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Install, configure, and uphold computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Record support tickets, resolutions, and procedures in a help desk system for documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve intricate issues.
  • Conduct user training sessions and generate support documentation as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess an Associate degree or relevant certifications in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux, as well as office productivity software.
  • Showcase strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Have the capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
