This role will provide day-to-day technical support for applications, end user hardware and software needs.
You will be responsible for providing routine, technical support and maintenance for desktop, laptop, telecom and network systems including hardware, application software, operating systems and connectivity.
Working experience in a healthcare/hospital environment is preferred.
5+ years overall experience with at-least 2 years Healthcare experience
Responding to technical support calls from end users of computers and software applications
Setting up and installing new computers, networks and software
Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network
installing updates, known as patches, to software applications
keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.
