Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver who enjoys helping others with their technical issues? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as IT Support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in person
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and provide timely resolutions
  Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals
• Set up and support user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, system backups, and antivirus scans
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and support activities in the IT ticketing system
• Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to resolve complex issues and improve systems
• Provide training and guidance to users on IT-related topics and best practices

Requirements:

• Previous experience in IT support or a related field preferred but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical proficiency in computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and MacOS
• Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
