Job Description

Roles & responsibilities

Design, implement and support various HR programs/interventions/HR Processes for the unit.
Drive Local compliance, adherence to Labour Law, Audits, manage employee relations (compliance with respect to various government portals e.g. GOSI, Mudad etc)
Own and anchor the retention charter for the unit to ensure attrition levels are within targets and under control.
Design and lead the engagement charters. Facilitate leadership connect for the unit and motivate employees through innovative Rewards & Recognition programs.
Track trends in employee concerns and proactively address them. Gather feedback through various forums such as FGDs, EPS, 1-1s to build effective solutions and design action plans to bridge the gaps.
Ensure Business compliance and employment guidelines norms, front ending disciplinary investigations.
Ensure 100% closure of HR SLAs.

Pre-requsites required

Post Graduate/Graduate in Human Resources or CIPD accreditation would be a plus.
Relevant experience as HR business partner/driving employee relations and compliance with local laws.
Excellent knowledge of compliance and local laws in KSA
Sound knowledge/exposure of the HR processes, policies and sub systems.
Strong business partner, solution oriented with ability to influence business leaders and other stakeholders
Demonstrate competence and strong background in employee relations
Drive and initiative; ability to work in ambiguity
Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills
Negotiation & Conflict resolution skills
Ability to work with diverse teams and cultural sensitivity
