Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Handle employee relations and address workplace issues.
• Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Support the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the media or related industry.
• Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Approachable, empathetic, and committed to employee well-being.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
