We are committed to fostering a positive work environment and supporting the growth and development of our employees. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our HR team.


  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HRIS maintenance
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientations, and collecting required documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Assist with employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries, documenting grievances, and coordinating disciplinary actions as directed by HR Manager
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Assist with performance management processes, including coordinating performance reviews and tracking employee performance data
  • Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR Manager or HR Director
  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations and assist with ensuring compliance with applicable legislation


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative role preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
