  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness of HR databases and files.
  • Process employee paperwork, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and benefits enrollment forms.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Support employee relations activities, including assisting with investigations, documenting incidents, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing administrative support as needed.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests for information regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, training programs, and HR policy updates.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or related administrative role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems preferred.
