As Service Leader Health Club & Spa, we rely on you to:
Assist the Director of Health Club & Spa in directing and ensuring smooth day to day operation of the Health Club
Motivate and ensure staff performs to high standard
Maintain positive customer relationship
Check with guests and ensure guest satisfaction
Respond to complaints of customers in a prompt manner
Plan, organise, implement and monitor all Sports & Recreation activities to members
Provide assistance to team members when necessary

Communicates fluently in English as well as the local language
Has experience in an international 5* hotel in similar role
