Key Responsibilities
Maintain a Sensational service standard that embraces time as the new luxury, ensuring the delivery of FIVE-Styled service in a timely manner, exceeding the highest expectations – all while exuding the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
Utilise interpersonal and communication skills to confidently lead, influence, and encourage others.
Lead by example by advocating sound financial and business decision-making, and demonstrating unwavering honesty and integrity.
Supervise and manage FIVE Tribe Members with a personalised approach, overseeing all day-to-day operations with Exquisite attention to detail.
Understand team members individual roles well enough to perform duties in their absence in order to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with all FIVE Tribe Members, fostering a Harmonious work environment. Ensure that colleagues also cultivate this camaraderie within the team and regularly acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of our FIVE Tribe.
Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on providing a Luxurious experience that exceeds guest expectations and creates a Insta-Perfect impression.
Develop specific goals and plans to prioritise, organise, and accomplish all responsibilities and duties.
Keep the Front Office Team consistently focused on the glamorous and bold components of operations to drive guest satisfaction and achieve FIVE’s desired financial results.
Conduct inspiring Department Meetings and continually communicate a clear and consistent message regarding the Front Office goals to produce Boundary-Breaking results.
Review staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met in an efficient manner.
Understand the impact of Front Office Operations on Room, and the overall propertys financial goals, contributing to an Industry-Leading experience.
Ensure property policies are administered fairly and consistently, completing disciplinary procedures and documentation according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOPs and LSOPs) while supporting the Peer Review Process.
Identify and analyse Front Office operational challenges and facilitate the development of disruptive solutions to prevent reoccurrence, elevating the FIVE-style experience.

What We’re Looking For
A hands-on approach with a Can-Do! Attitude, actively engaging in all aspects of the Front Office Manager role.
A steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional guest services, approaching every interaction with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.
A keen ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions, assuming full ownership of all duties and tasks assigned.
Luxury hospitality experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar leadership position.
A teamwork-oriented mindset, fostering collaboration and cooperation among FIVE Tribe Members to achieve collective success.
A positive, hardworking, and outgoing personality, consistently radiating a fun-to-work-with energy that uplifts the entire team.
Proven expertise in managing budgets, crafting revenue proposals, and effectively forecasting results within the context of a comparable-sized property.
Previous serving experience in a relevant capacity is considered advantageous.
A good awareness of industry regulations, the latest industry developments and best practises is beneficial.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is necessary.
Proficiency in multiple languages is an added bonus.
