FinTech Global Head of Sales

Job Description

Our client is a global FinTech organization specializing in FOREX investments. As part of their growth, we are recruiting a sales director level candidate with global FOREX experience to join their UAE team.

The successful candidate will lead a global B2C customer relationship team that focuses on revenue growth through new customer acquisition and retention. The role will have responsibility of the global sales P&L.

Candidates must have a high performance career in international financial services sales with a progressive track record of developing new markets and building strong customer-centric sales teams.

It is mandatory to have related experience in FinTech – FX trading, CFDs, FOREX, regulated payment services, cryptocurrency, financial services, cross-border payments, digital wallets, digital loyalty programs or retail banking.

Role Summary

Develop the customer LTV strategy and roadmap; build a high performance team and implement optimal processes to deliver business growth objectives across all countries.
Develop market growth strategies and execution plans to achieve global sales targets.
Develop customer retention programs and initiatives.
Lead digital transformation projects that optimize performance and improve customer relationship management.
Collaborate with product, technology and marketing teams to create products and user experiences that drive business and market share growth.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

10+ years’ leadership experience in developing global FinTech related sales teams that increase customer lifetime value.
Strong capabilities in defining KPIs.
Demonstrable experience in developing employee engagement, feedback, recognition and training programs
Strong data analytical skills to develop data models for customer segmentation.
Proven experience in leading change initiatives across geographies.
Ability to lead remote teams and implement global practices whilst ensuring local regulatory requirements are met.
UAE driving license is mandatory.

Candidate Profile

Currently living in the United Arab Emirates
Fluent in English
Entrepreneurial mindset and behaviours that scale a business; pragmatic and solutions-oriented self-starter.

Strong people management skills.
