Finance Analyst – Short Term Contract

ABOUT THE JOB

Follow-up on Commercial Performance and KPI’s

_ Follow up on commercial sales target

_ Month end closing: Sales / Upload data (PL/ Balance Sheet / Com Schedule) in the consolidated tool SyRUS/ reconciliation SAP – SyRUS

_ Analysis selected expenses, and its compliance with the company purchasing policy

_ Send to the stores their sales target / performance against competition

_ Prepare the stores dashboard on the main KPIs on a monthly basis

_ Perform the review of the exchange rate and its update in the stores POS

_ Perform the Pos follow up : Pos to be GRed / Work Flow / Pos issued after the invoice

_ Review the stock consumption and its compliance : Inv discrepancies report / packaging / unfiroms..

_ Perform inventory of the “Oeuvres d art” stock

_ Perform special projects as assigned by management

PROFILE

Analysis abilities, business acumen, drive for results, curiosity, pragmatism and strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Experience in retail and SAP knowledge would be a plus.
. Junior position

Advanced quantitative, analytical and computer skills.
Holder of Master degree from a top engineering school or management school.
Speaking fluent English
